Hello everyone! Egg seems to be one of the hardest things to cook. It tends to stick and break and just plain hard to deal with. Well today, I wont be teaching you how to cook the perfect egg but, I will be teaching ya how to cook a fried egg in a stainless steel pan. I like to cook with 5 ply Stainless Steel pans because 1. Its healthier, 2. it does not have any chemical coatings or peelings and 3. I know how to cook with it so it does not stick to the pan and become all messy.

Basically if you follow my directions in this video you too can cook with a stainless steel pan and not have your food stick. Remember patient is key in this video.

P.S.: I am not trying to teach ya'll how to cook the perfect egg,. I am explaining how to cook a fried egg so that it wont stick to a non coated pan.

ENJOY!

  • @dmbfan07cb let me say this again. READ the description, this is a tutorial on how to non stick on a S/S pan. Not how to cook the perfect egg. The egg was used as an example how we can cook with a S/S pan and not have it stick.

  • wow, talk about too many cooks in the kitchen, everyone's a critic. lol. People have trouble frying anything on stainless steel without fusing it into the pan and then soaking it for hours before they're able to clean it. Good video, the whole purpose was to show people that things as delicate as eggs can cook and not stick on stainless steel.

  • is there any real accruacy about acidic food reacting with carbon steel and cast iron pans or would you likely not even notice. I once noticed simmering a curry sauce in a carbon steel wok the sauce seemed to not react well with the carbon steel. Would i be better using a something other than carbon steel for simmering sauces.

  • just use cast iron pan. easy

  • oh the stainless steel pan has artificial intelligence it learns to cook eggs lol :) great video mate. thanks :)

  • good advice here

  • you burnt the piss out of it, learn to cook before you try to tell people what to do

  • @bobkelso4245

    no stop failing

  • What you can also do (i know this is a separate topic) but you can not flip it, and spoon some of the butter or oil over the top of the uncooked white and wala no brown on the top side.

  • @TheMatthewTsui I may be wrong but I read that high quality olive oil has a very high smoking point. Can someone verify that?

  • what is the best frying pan or sautepan to use? Aluminium or stainless steel. I know both can be seasoned but what is each best for.
