What a awesome thought provoking song, the Whispers song writers were truly inspirational. Each and every day that we're "blessed" to wake up and enjoy should inspire us to examine "ourselves" to search, find out, investigate what is our sole purpose in this life. I know you may be saying "here we go again someone preaching", well no, just as I'm learning daily what "true life" entails, you should seek to find the true,meaningful, fulfilling meaning of life. Seek diligently TRUTH.

The year was 1969 when this song was released. I remember telling this to Walt and Scotty backstage at their stage play "Thank God the Beat Goes On" back around 1996. I remember hearing this at four years old. Wow!
