  • I watched sixpackshortcuts try to explain this, but the guy from there, even though he may know what he's doing, sounds like an idiot when he tries to actually explain it. This guy helped me understand what the other guy couldn't.

  • The guys with 'GI Joe' upper bodies and 'Barbie' legs look so hilarious.

    As I'm doing my calf raises, I watch the same guys everyday hanging out in front of the free weights with a bunch of dumbells gathered around them on the floor...

    as they 'saunter' by swinging their shoulders side to side, I look at their calves and almost bust out laughing at toothpick legs.

    Im tired of seeing all these tools in the gym doing a 2 hour bicep work out , and then doing a 30 minute complete leg workout..

    Hilarious seeing the personal trainers at my gym walking aroud with hugh upper bodies and pathetic skinny little legs..

  • no, the real secreat it is how to working out them. Because you use them the whole day, so they must be stimulated in a different way.
