Having troubles with 1983 CB 1000c after carb rebuild. I think something isnt synced right.

Yes and no. Carbs fixed mostly. Runs well but idles so-so. Last ride just quit. blows fuses every time ignition turned on. I have to step away for a bit before I go back and work on it more though.

You can't suck fuel UP through a tank and into the engine, moron. The hose to the engine needs to be on the BOTTOM of the fuel tank. Not coming out of the top, MORON.

'AHH HA HA HA!! OMFG. Well, for starters, I think you need a 5th grade physics lesson. Fluid flows to the lowest point. If the lowest point on the tube is below the inlet for the suction in the tank, it does such through the tube. This is why a fuel siphon works - same principal..

Actually, this was posted in order to get a link available to ask questions on another board. I don't propose to be anything other than what I am which is a novice. I don't put down those trying to learn or seek advice from others. While you are at it, I guess I could ask you some questions about nach tuck, aerodynamics, or flight physics.One thing I dont do is put down those trying to learn. I think it is a carb issue, I have someone looking at t for me now - I couldnt figure it out.
