A drive through Ewell

Sunday August 7 2011 at 5.55 am. From Longmead over the humped-back bridge over the railway line by Ewell West station, past the duck pond and into the village centre. Ewell has some fine old buildings with walls at strange angles and some new brick buildings which don't look right at all. It was one of the first places in England to have a by-pass. A four lane road goes around it.
