材料: 豬里肌排、蛋液、起司片、洋蔥末、鹽、玉米粉、胡椒粉、麵包粉 做法: 1.用刀尖先將里肌排的筋先切斷,將肉排攤開灑上少許鹽與胡椒粉略調味。 2.起司片撲上肉排,再加上洋蔥末,蓋上另一片豬排。 3.豬排表面沾上玉米粉,沾上蛋液,再沾裹一層麵包粉。 4.熱油鍋炸約1分鐘定型之後再翻面,中火續炸2分鐘,再轉大火10-20秒逼出油份即可起鍋。
