@TheSpawnfan Oh yeah defently she needs to pay. Like I said I think it's implied that the evidence is there or that she would be so freaked out by what just happened (and Batman) that she might confess. Still, like I said no sure what the cops can do since it's really a patent matter and would be something for civil court, unless that guy who tried the machines is seriously injured or dead then it's a matter for the higher courts but since I don't recall Nigma being charged

@TheSpawnfan I think it was implied that they would sort it out which is why he left her tied to the chair. Not sure how unless maybe being confronted by her actions made her confess or something. In any case not sure it would matter now, I mean I guess she could be forced to make monetary restitution to Nigma and maybe face charges for what happened to that one guy but I doubt Nigma would want money exactly. :)
