After seeing this, I am so glad I let the council die in the 1st game. What a bunch of ungrateful jerks! I got my Spectre status reinstated too, but by Anderson. Much more satisfying. (-:

@TheBIOPRINCE Yep, which is why it's nice to roll multiple Shepards and explore the variety of outcomes. I have several paragons/paragades who saved the original Council, and renegades/renegons who sacrificed them. I can't wait to see how it all turns out on March 6th. =D ME3 is going to have a lot of replayability for me.

@RadiantJenZe The other races and the new council will not trust Shepard and the Alliance alone can't take back the earth. Also in the ME3 leaked the beta the first thing Anderson( he will be no longer in the Council) tells Shepard is to go to the cidatel and talk to the the Council for help,The old council owns shepard a favor, while the new council will only focus on helping themselves ...

@brongers457 Really? Did you explore all dialogue options? I had no trouble getting reinstated when I talked to Anderson... My Shep was mostly Paragon, but I don't know if that influences it or not. Sorry not to be more help!
