911 Call Released - Tiger Woods Car Accident

Authorities have released this 911 call from Wood's neighbor about the accident in front of his home.

Woods has canceled a meeting with police for the 3rd time, this time on Sunday afternoon. Woods is not required by law to talk to police, but he must present a driver's license and proof of insurance.

Tiger released this statement on his website Sunday afternoon:
"As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be."

@l8tr597 How do you know that? And what would be the reason for blanking it out? He didn't say it was Tiger Woods. I cannot believe that none of you on here know that you NEVER say the name of the person during a 911 call if it's a celebrity, because kids prank call all the time and paramedics would not be sent. Michael Jackson's 911 caller didn't say his name either.

Man where have you been. It was proven to be Tiger Woods. Where have you been for the past 3 months? He had an affair with over 16 other women, and his wife chased him out of the house and he crashed his car and had cuts all over his face.

I used to work for CAAMA Radio and he came to Alice Springs for a concert and a workshop.., heres the dumb ass part..,

He was in the office for 3 days., on the first day I took him and his family around town for a few hours by request of the boss and still didnt realise who he was ^^

I talked with him heaps and even excused myself from him because someone said they saw Tommy down the back so I ran down the back
