They have them in 720x480 that's what I have, up to 8gig memory and only cost me $20 off eBay. Not sure battery life yet but video and sound are great for what I'm doing with it.

Too slow fps to me, 15fps? I'm looking for a decent 30 fps with real 720X480...

Chinese eBay sellers has some for as low as $14.99 8 gb and 30 FPS .AVI format, looks just like the one you are using.
