I love that casket landing in the grave scene...they start burying him right away! LOL

@NavyCorpsman34 I don't see these kinds of movies ever making a comeback, but they sure as hell are funny. The scene where the puppet trailer rolls downhill and eventually hits the casket is legendary!

My old man had me watch this and hamburger the movie in a weekend. Both were classics in my mind. And funnier than hell.

This film style reminds me of Airplane a little bit.

Thanks so much TrafficCriminal for uploading this movie. I loved this movie when I was growing up. This is a classic 80's movie. They don't know how to make movies anymore.

Any movie with Bill Murray's brother in it is good enough for me.

- *sigh* The late, great Wendie Jo Sperber.
I miss her. :-(

7:36 "Jamie, come sit on grampa's lap" CRUNCH! "Ooohhhh!" Been looking for this scene for over 20 years.
Honestly, I don't know if it would have been better. I think part of what makes it so great is that these folks had no big name career to ruin, so they just went for it. It's an absolutely ridiculous movie but funny as hell. It's one of those "relax and go with it" type of films. Dumb fun has its place in the world. ;)

This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite comedies. Every time I watch it, I find myself laughing every few seconds. So many great moments - from the first scene "Oh, that's my Communist party membership card... I just joined for the softball league," to the drive-thru scene with Don Meadle, to the epic final chase. There is nothing not to like about this movie.
