Yes, Miku was originally created with the sole purpose of promoting Cassandra's "ass attacks", including her Critical Finish. However, I apparently got so addicted to the eye candy she was providing that I continued to play as her more and more until I actually became somewhat decent with her.

As for how she turned out, let me put it this way: I frequently get requests by the spectators in Player Matches that I specifically play as Miku so they can fap while I fight. Some players even voluntarily take a dive during the battle just so they can see Miku's Critical Finish. I'm sure this sounds sick and twisted in many circles, but in my book, this means her creation was a success.
