Both the traditional and Infrared are very different, it is true that the rock saunas are hotter, but it does not mean that it is better or offers more of the sauna benefits. ! I tried both, I can honestly say that I sweat as much in the WestCoastSaunas model we see above, Newport sauna. Another point is that the Infrared is cheaper to purchase and cheaper to operate for great results. You are talking like someone that actually never tried it.

@Andjealous I apologise I have to meticulously go over what i have written or i do make errors. I grew up with severe dyslexia and even after leaving a fantastic specialist school i still had a hard time writing. Its nothing to do with my intellect but take it as you wish. I will never be a natural speller all i can do is try to avoid screwing up. It took me years to get to the level of writing skill i have now but all it takes is a few late nights and i start to fuck up. It's my Achilles’ heel

@unheard128 I don't usually pick on spelling errors, but I can't really take you seriously when you misspelled infrared twice. This sauna just sounds like new age bullshit. it may be relaxing but that's probably it. As a final grammar Nazi point, I believe you meant weight loss as weightlessness is what happens to an object in free fall.

@ChaChing86 Not at all you clearly don't know what your talking about. You actually sweat far less in a FIR sauna than a regular one. FIR is totally different from a normal sauna. Far inferred has a whole host of benefits on the body that will aid in weightless. There are no smoke and mirrors about far inferred. Im not even sure what you mean by that Its been around for years and the effects have been heavily studied

You loose water weight, you dont loose calories, and you gain back that water weight by simply drinking water again. This is just smoke and mirrors for any latest thing that claims to shed calories.
