he bumps into that girl in the alley way they touch hands and you see a light. So when you he see's that light he knows it's "her" (his lover) and chases after her. When he tackles her off the bike for hug she realizes it too. And when they finish the light comes through the forest and his demons start cheering and they all live happily. He and his lover are reunited, and the song ends.
The moral being: True love will find you, no matter how far away.
