Honestly most of the credit should go to the follower. Not to say Andrew isn't good, and his leads smooth, but he can always plan out the what, when, and how, several counts ahead, but it is Ria's flourishes that give it the appearance of choreography, the way she takes every move he gives her and adds her own voice to it, never over powering, but always harmonizing. Andrew deserves credit for creating a beautiful framework for her and never talking over her. Something more leaders need to do.
This is my favourite lindy hop clip that I have seen on YouTube so far. The musicality, for being improvised, is simply great, as is the lead and following and playfulness. I love this video.

No way Andrew just makes it look like it was choreographed because he has such great musicality and is such an amazing dancer.

If you're still wondering about the version of "They can't take that away from me." I'm pretty sure it's Lisa Stansfield from the glory of gershwin

surely not choreographed, ria's following a lead with her eyes as well as frame
plus looks like plenty of makey-up improv all the way through, just really terrific dancing
