Why we say "under the grill",not "on the grill" or "in the grill?"

Can you slow cook pork chops on a Weber Gas Grill? Like if you turned the heat down low and puit the marinated pork chops on the top rack so they don't burn? I just want them to have the best smoke flavor you can get for a gas grill. I really prefer charcoal or wood, but anyway. I ahve to work with what I git, if anyone reads this in time, any suggestions?

You could do it that way, you could also soak some wood chips and place them in a disposable aluminum tray and set that between the flame tamers and the cooking grate. This would provide you with a little more indirect heat and of course some natural wood smoke.
Thanks for watching,
Chef Tony

That's a lot of burners. How long would you say a single 15lb tank will last on it?
I love my Weber Summit Gold but I'm not too excited about my Weber Q. Too hard to do indirect with the Q

depends on use if you turned all the burners on and left them on about 5 to 6 hours mabe a little more.
