  • Ray should have kept his mouth shut, which makes me wonder about his state of mind as to why he decided to come out with it so late in the day... However he is very brave. Very brave indeed. I hope he can see this through and continue to keep his mouth shut.

the police need to focus on more important things.

  • he did the right thing. Brave bloke

  • We're too far advanced into medical technologies nowadays that such act of brutality cannot be considered acceptable. There are loads of medicines that could help to alleviate the pain and the conditions of his friend. Never help someone to die because it is the suffering that is a part of their fate, when you do that you've become part of the sin. People who commit suicide will be reborn as low life animals and their accomplice will burn in hell for near eternity.

  • @Snakeuserorochi You have to figure the dude was in a hospital. And this gay gave his gay lover aids! So he was the cause of the guys pain and he was the cause for his death! Hang this man!

  • @bucks8789 Yeah but this dude was in a hospital. They could have eased his pain or even helped him.

  • i do not see anything wrong here. if i seen someone in such terrible pain that they would be better off passing, then id try to help them with everything i could. he helped them in a way that was best, no one can argue this as aids is still incurable. police need to look else where for this one, hes a harmless old man, whom helped someone he loved.

  • He did the moral and human thing, not the hypocritical flawed law abiding thing. Thats the difference. Brave man, I'd love all you who condemn him to have his choice and watch your loved ones tortured all day every day.

  • Mercy killing, or euthanasia is an dangerous idea and should never be a loved, because it is, in reality impossible to administer.

In a time of economic crisis, massive cut down on the public health care sector, hospitals, euthanasia will be misused on patients that is regarded as not valuable on the labour market. Especially old people will be “euthanized” by the doctors for economic and resource viewpoints. But also long time unemployed, people on sick pensions, homeless and groups a like.

  • Prosecutors have discretion when it comes to filing charges. I can't imagine any prosecutor wasting their time on such a case as this one at the expense of another, more deserving case.

  • I understand this man,he's no criminal or something.

When you see someone who you love only suffering and suffering 24h a day,day in day out, its realy hard.

Espicially if you know it will only get worse and not better.

Everybody got a opinion....just wait untill youll get in a situation like this, then well see.

  • Wow, really? Are you being serious? That is by far the most vile bigoted thing I have EVER heard. Do the world a favor and off yourself.

  • i never commended him, i just rationalized the reason why he didn't tell everyone sooner. stop trying to pick a fight on the internet, its pathetic
