These videos are unscripted, because Zen is just something I do as part of my life. So it's also something to be talked about without any preparation, the same as if you were just describing what you'd had for breakfast that day.
I do try and get rid of the popping noises, afterwards, with the help of Audacity. I even take out some of the "you knows", but basically it is a spontaneous offering. And I think that's best, because -- as someone very wisely said, in one of the comments -- it's about the shared thoughts of a fellow-practitioner, rather than instruction from the master.
@Nhurm Yeah, I think you've made a really good point there. Zen is all about being a "practitioner", rather than a "master".

@mickmle1 I'm quite fond of the informal and conversational tone to these videos. It is much more engaging to have the shared thoughts and implied experience of a practitioner than instruction from the master. You know...
