When planning your basement remodel, keep in mind that basements are like no other structure in your house.
Proper moisture control measures and the right choice of finishing materials will ultimately determine the success of the project and will guarantee a lasting result.

Hi Eddy
What to do with the bare walls after you provide drainage will depend on what you will be using the basement for. Keep in mind that concrete is porous, and even with the proper drainage system some ground water will still be infiltrating the concrete, specially during the rainy season.
If you are using the basement only as storage or laundry room it is probably OK to leave the walls bare, to dry into the basement, although it is not the most energy efficient approach.

This is a very good video: You indicate that one should not use waterproofing coatings and paints and I agree. What would one do with the bare walls: do we resurface with cement or concrete on the walls after repairing cracks and holes?
How are your wall panels waterproof. I presume that this, as you had as said, cannot be used without the proper drainage system. What is the difference?
