I never knew using cluster bombs in civilian areas was perfectly legal according to international law? The law is there, but who will be courageous enough to read it? Or at least address the matter as a civilized human being with morals. This is not about religion! This is not about raise! This is about being civilized and not harming innocent people with a weapon that should be banned to have and made internationally!
