Bruce

This was a short film we made for apple.com's 24 hour Insomnia Film Festival race. Crazy stuff happened and we managed to make a sort of decent film, though we did cram a bit too much in to a maximum 3 minute movie.

FYI: Making a 3 minute long Mission Impossible in one day is impossible.

Unfortunately, we finished converting it to QuickTime right as the deadline passed. So, we couldn't run it, and our 24 hours of pain and weariness were poorly spent. Or were they?

This movie is about Bruce Wall, a young secret agent whose best friend and partner, Tom, developed a feud against him and disappeared. Tom's sister, Victoria, is Bruce's ex-girlfriend and is one of the few people who Tom still speaks with. But now, she's starting to get worried over something...

I love it. Chased by scary emos. Hit by a geek who looks like my old Geography teacher. The scene getting out of the water was brilliant. And Bruce in Monty Python is a running joke that every Australian is called Bruce. Even the budgy (little parrot bird thingy) is called Bruce. 5* Blessings. +++ The Saint +++
