Haircuts & Beta Channels =(

Monday, October 26, 2009's video! My first video in a challenge to myself to make a video every day for the week leading up to Halloween in celebration of Halloween's AWESOMENESS! :D

lol I don't know why I'm doing it, I guess because I want to try and actually finally get some videos posted and reward my subscribers for their patience, plus I'm hoping to get at least one or two Halloween themed videos filmed before its too late...

Hope you guys are as excited as I am! :D

The hair works for you. Honestly. Short blond hair is a bit off in my books. Your boss should recognize that.

I really hate the beta channels. like Unclesaboin, I like the "view all" bit. That should definitely come back.

The long hair looks decent. So yeah, maybe you should make sure that it doesn't get cut too short.

Haha thanks Jeff. I usually do cut it rather short when I do cut it, just to change it up a bit, but we'll see. =)

I've been doing fairly well.

I just got through the first wave of mid-terms, and I'm discovering that I may actually have to work to get decent grades here. Unlike high school. Engineering isn't supposed to be easy though. But I want my iron ring. (wikipedia for more info.) I actually find myself in one of the only remaining schools which actually uses iron.

I've strangely been noticing a lot about hair recently. There are guys here with girl's hair. Don't go past shoulder length. It looks off.

People like that really tick me off. What difference does it make in your boss's life whether your hair is long or short. Are you working as a model or something? You were hired for your skills at whatever it is you do, not for your looks. (or at least that's how it should be.

How you dress and how you groom is part of expressing your personality. If someone forces you to dress or groom a certain way, it's like trampling on your freedom of expression.

If the grid view would at least send you to the video's watch page when you click to watch, it wouldn't be so bad. Instead, it plays it in the channel player and that really irritates me.

The folks at YouTube are as stubborn as a mule. People have been screaming at them that they don't like the new channel format but they still rolled it out.

The other thing I don't like is that t he channel description and mini-bio are not up top. That's usually the first thing I want to look at.

Haha true, maybe I should like dye it red( or something to rebel and flip it on them. Dunno if my boss/kids at school would care, but my parents would be all : O_O'
