This is funny because I just made almost this exact same thing for a midnight snack an hour ago, and then I looked over at the computer and this was on the screen :).
We also added a sauce to the lettuce made of a little ginger, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and that hot paste you had on the tv show. Fantastic!
