We present 3 patients with skin and fat excess after massive weight loss and one obese patient, in whom an "inverted T type" or "Fleur de lis" adbominoplasty was done with simultaneous correction of their epigastric or umbilical hernias. Photos of the patients before and after surgery are shown in a slide show.

  • Patients had no belly button afterwards, because all they had umbilical hernias which makes the preservation of umbilicus(Belly Putton) impossible. Umbilicus can be recontructed in a second stage.

  • @kduros U are right for your observation and thank u for your comment.

  • I believe the surgeon did a very good job if you consider the "size of the problem". These women did not need just a liposuction, in their state something more drastic should be done

  • Okay, am I the only one who noticed they didn't have a belly button afterwords?
