UT3 War-Torlan Battlegrounds 30May08

Still not playing incredibly well. Sometimes events seem to zip along awfully quick.

As you can see here, Red went straight through the west road node and on to Blue's prime, while Blue tried the same thing, going the other way through the east road node.

I just had time to drive the Hellbender from Red core to Red prime and help defend it from the Blue people. Meanwhile Red took Blue prime.

And that was pretty much it. After that it was just a matter of keeping Blue prime nailed down.

I feel like I jumped the right way. Also I did get a nice road kill of a Blue orb carrier at Blue prime. Saw him going over the berm from Blue core to Blue prime while I was driving in from the mid node with a scorpion. I saw right where he was going and just intercepted from behind a wall. Don't think he saw that coming.

Didn't get to participate in the final attack on the core. Kind of dithered around Blue prime a bit, due to some guy with an avril, and another orb carrier (whom I never saw before he was dead.)

Wonder if anyone on Blue went after the nuke.
