TWC did not do a good job forecasting this storm. At one point, they thought it was going to head up the coast of Florida and Georgia and ended up slamming into Houston.

It could do a lot of damage to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. They've seen so much rain from Fay, Gustav, and Hanna.
