Check this video, and then check out his new video of his remaining games from Winter 2008. But these are clips of my son's first two games from 2008 in the Metro Portland area. Just trying to work to get better, especially with his handle, in the 9-10 year old, 4th grade league. I'm certainly not saying he's great (I've seen Garrett Anderson & the Florida Prospects! Wow! Or Tyrik Suggs and Tywon Bressler?), there are some amazing kids out there, but he is developing and aims to become a very good high school starter, or more if he's lucky. In mid 08 he'll go up against some better competition.

Ok first off he is a huge ass ball hog and second off no one even guards him he is always open so no skill really shown

@theprodigy639 so what your saying is that he should pass it to the other players instead of hogging it and scoring? The point of offense is to score. The other kids sucked, why would he pass?

when i was in 4th grade we actually played with 10 foot hoops not 8.

only watched first two minutes. I know he is just a kid and thier mentality is to score period. But honeslty his teamates run thier butts off and as soon as he touches the ball he hoggs it and scores.

He's pretty good! You should probably allow him to play up in age (if he's 8 play 9)cuz he's not going to get challeged with this group. Checkout my vids!
