@dgarvin1 Trying to please you uncultured shitheads has ruined so many good bands. Just look at Simple Minds. Although thinking about it, with a name like that, they were always going to appeal to Yanks like you!
@MisAnnThorpe well it's certainly a very "stadium sounding" song but I tend to think that is not necessarily a bad thing (in small doses)! Fav' songs: include Love my way,Forever now and Shine (wasn't that from the book of days album?) I'm hoping to see them when they do a mini tour of the U.K at the end of the month.Surprised to hear that playing this album made him depressed? Oh dear whingeing rock stars (still I'm guessing the big fat pay cheque made him happier afterwards!)
@revol148 Criminally underrated but a shite song from a shite American sounding album! The amazing return to form with their next "Book of days" LP, was almost beyond belief. Richard Butler said that having to tour to promote the vacuous songs on this record, made him feel sick to the stomach and utterly depressed.

@MisAnnThorpe
American sounding? Fuck off bitch. If it wasn't for America, your shite bands would still be in the fucking pubs.

I think this video was done with an edit of the 12" Remix...this is not the album version.
