  • Mark-man why don't yoos like extension ladder? With a stabilizer bar they work great and with a fluid adjustable leg they can't be beat! They're more versatile!Sectional ladders are great also..have you ever seen them? It's obvious your self train and that's not a slam, and getting the right information is key!I started as a bucket-hound but I figured I wanted the right way of doing it so I got a job with a professional company so to learn the proper techniques and proper tools.

    I don't regret it!

  • I didn't say I don't like extension ladders. I live in an apartment condo with low ceiling underground parking. No way to store an extension ladder. But the ladders I reviewed are professionally rated and are used by contractors all over North America. Just check out any reno show on tv. They're everywhere.

Self trained, yes. Professional, yes. Just ask my customers.

  • Mark-man,No doubt yoos can conduct yourself professionally...And your presentation on your videos are well done!Yoos never said if you were familiar with stack ladders! And there is no shame in being self trained it's only that your going to be slower on the learning curve and there may be some technique and tricks you'll never learn but that's okay too!As long as your making a living and providing your customers with quality,clean,workmenship/service! I've been pushing ladders for thirty years !

  • Yes I am familiar with stack ladders. My local supplier (Canadian) has them but from what I can tell they are way over priced compared to prices in the US. At one time I considered them. Thank you for your input.

  • I used to have a ladder similar to these. I was on it when it broke in half. I probably had it at too low an angle so that my weight was more on the joints than it should be. But it cured me, I would rather be safe on my extension ladder, even though I need a rack and it's pretty heavy. But that's also why I ma fanatical about using poles!

  • These ladders have come a long way in the last few years. Both brands that I use are quite popular here in Canada with the trades, home inspectors, etc.

The small ladder in the video is rated up to 300lb while the larger one is rated up to 350lb.

These ladders aren't for everybody's taste but if you're interested in them, you have my opinion.

  • Narrow very narrow Don-man....yoos said you didn't use them at all because you wanted to be safe!Go back and listen to yourself. You blocked me because I was shining a light on your rookie ways !paper towels ....give me a break Son!

  • I say that I seldom use a ladder. And I blocked you because you are a troll.

  • Don-man...Yoos made a claim in one of your videos that yoos didn't use ladder now you say you do...what is the truth !And blocking my post on your videos only shows your not open to a critical point of view.Don't be so narrow minded Son !
