  • @dckc75 Running carbs doesn't necessarily give you more/less horse power and torque. Generally speaking EFI can produce more of both because it allows for a more consistent fuel to air ratio and for the use of technology such as direct injection. Running carbs is just easier, you don't have to worry about fuel pressure, fuel injectors, regulators and so on. Its also convenient in that you can make changes to how rich or lean the fuel mixture is quickly and at any time manually.
