I get that its not good for their shelters, but surely they should be a bit more positive, after all it is water they needed, and rain water is general much safer to drink than the water straight from the ground. Collect it however they can, could probably get a litre or two for ever person.

@MasterJodaJediDoctor To add. Europe did help out some of there colonies by most they did not. African and most Asian colonies were destroyed by war and robbed of there resources. Look at Africa now. Finally after a half of century of being free from Europe and war, they are become prosperous again. S.Africa, Egypt, and so on. Somalia is still burden by civil unrest that prevents a government, they can't prosper like that. You are an idiot if you think its there fault, they didn't chose it.

@MasterJodaJediDoctor Hong Kong has always been a port of trade with Asia. Its a natural harbor perfect for trade, it didn't matter who controlled it. India was poor under British rule and still is, they are only stating to become wealthier decades after the British left. Australia became prosperous after British rule. Germany was helped out by the allies to become what they are today.

Somalia has been under occupation and constant wars for a few century's. They can't stop the civil war.

@MasterJodaJediDoctor Hong Kong has always been a prosperous area, its a natural port for trade. Excuses for Somalia? Somalia was a huge trading area in the middle ages and they thrived until European invaders. Constant invasion and fighting with Britain and Italy. Then WW2 and fighting between Italy and Britain. They were completely destroyed and then walked out on. Now they have a huge civil war that the average Somalian wants nothing to do with. You are the one dooming mankind.
