what is the best way to store these crepes, and how long will they be good for?

@clarksonmygeisha I put them in Ziploc bags separated by waxed paper after they are 100% cooled. I have not freezed them, but I'm sure they would freeze fine.

OMG! I'm so inspired to try all of your recipes. Would this recipe be considered OWL? BTW, you live in cali too? Where do you have your Locatelli cheese sent from?
Thanks, Laura

@LauraInCali Hi Laura. Sometimes I can find Locatelli cheese in Henry's or Von's, but I usually have it sent from my family in New York. They buy it at any Italian Deli and even Costco sells it in New York.

That is astounishing - they look delicious
hoping to try it when I get a few minutes
but that is the first time to see that unlike many recipes
which are repeats - so thanks for your hard work
we really appreciate it

@loribelt24 You are welcome. With low-carb, I think you have to be creative in the kitchen or you'll get bored with the same old stuff. The manicotti was "to die for", the best low carb recipe I've created to date. I hope you enjoy it.
