Mac vs Windows vs Linux (Alex's thought's)

This is a video about my opinions on Mac vs Windows vs Linux. I am into open source software and I have an obvious bias to Linux and Unix based operating systems. However I do raise some good arguments. The OS war will go on forever I don't really care what you use but I would at least like you to recognize that Linux is an operating system that can compete with the corporate operating systems and in some cases in fact beat it.

you wrong dude!! linux is just a little program ( of course important). I use my mac with Gnu/linux inside. Os X is just pretty nothing more. and windows C'mon you should talk about a real Operating System. maybe a comparison between Os x and Gnu/linux would be better.. see ya!!

@hellertytus That's true that linux is just a kernel, but think of what it represents. Linux represents the hard effort of thousands of kind developers working to make our experience easier. If you ask me, Linux is 100x better than Mac OS X even just because the people working on it choose to.

I have the Three OS running on My Mac , Windows 7 , OS X 5 and Linux and they all run great , and as you said the OS X wasn't made for geeks , its for normal users that don't make them self a lot of questioning about how things works behind the seances while their system its working , thats why is so easy to use and if you see it from their point of view Apple and MS are great , I mean for a guy that only use its computer to work send emails and reports they don't give a shit about linux

@hellertytus Incorrect. Linux > Windows > Mac OS X. At least in Windows you can control some stuff, instead of all this crap with PC apps. Who does that?

@313hummer I said I use ubuntu 8.04, and at this point Gnome works about 50% of the time anyway. I would upgrade, but i'm just too damn lazy... and I have a Mac.
