Fallout 3 - Tranquility Lane: Good Karma Walkthrough

Quick Walkthrough for anyone wanting the good karma path in Tranquility Lane. I don't think there is another way to get out of the simulation with a net good karma which is a shame as this way isn't very obvious.

Also if you listen to the crazy old lady she seems to be aware that it is a simulation and tells you how Braun doesn't want anyone going into the abandoned house (where the objects are).

Object order:
1) Radio
2) Pitcher
3) Gnome
4) Pitcher
5) Block
6) Gnome
7) Cola Bottle

The tune played is the one that Betty is whistling in the video and is also incorporated into the background music of this part of the game.

The Chinese soldiers at the end will ignore you and massacre the residents of tranquility lane, killing them both in the real world and in the simulation and ending their 'torture' at the hands of the evil Stanislaus Braun.
