Allan Quartermain and The Lost City of Gold Trailer

Action movie of the YEAR? WOOW!

I've always been kind of baffled by this trailer having all kinds of scenes that weren't in the final cut of the film.

This movie Allan Quartermain and The Lost City of Gold was made before Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and they are nothing alike anyway.

I was being cynical.  While the first three Indiana Jones were fresh and original, the last installment was tired and cliched.

It is true that the movies of indian jones came out frist however the indian jones books where not written untill the 1980's (The one I have "Last Crusade" was written in 1989) Quartermain is based on a book from 1800's sometime. If anything Indiana Jones is based off that book and changed around for the needs of the movie writter. If you really watch the movies the main characters have some major differences. I wached both never have I thought Quartermain was even related to Indiana Jones.

alan quartermain was a book long before indy jones ever came out....in fact jones is probably based on AQ which was the brainchild of a man named Haggard
