So out of an hour and a half debate Ron Paul was given 5 minutes total time...I call BULLSHIT!

In other words, the majority of his '5 minutes' was only seen by those who searched for the video stream online and watched it. (That's why I grabbed that part and included it in the video above.) That's a shit position to hold. Inalienable rights are not just American rights. The word inalienable means "not subject to border, not subject to law or statute, not subject to government". Either we get our rights from the Creator (or being human if you're atheist) or we are granted rights by govts. If they come from the former, then ALL human beings have this inalienable right, and unless we are willing to torture American criminals we cannot torture ANYONE. Original intent!
