Merlin, plasma cutter with automatic unloading for high volume production parts

The Farley Laserlab Merlin plasma machine is a plate dragging style machine where the cutting head moves in the Y axis and the plate moves in the X axis. It also incorporates a conveyor belt system for the automatic unloading and sorting of both the parts and the scrap material. This system is a great for cutting a high number of small parts as it does away with costly unloading and part gathering time when compared to a standard bed style plasma machine.
