Presented by Fairtex and Xfight, Kevin "The Soul Assassin" Ross (11-3) earned a unanimous decision win over Phanuwat "Coke" Chunhawat (42-13) to earn the USMF National Pro Muaythai title Saturday October 10th, 2009 at War of the Heroes IV event at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
Chunhawat's cup was broken by a knee to the groin at the end of round 2 causing a slight delay for the fight to resume. Video of rounds 4 and 5 is not fully complete. Kevin Ross was ahead on all 3 judges cards 49-46, 50-45, 49-46.

I used to get trained by coke. Im 12 he did private lessons with me for a couple of weeks. Hes a great trainer

Kevin was Pepsi fighting Coke and I guess Pepsi won on this fight! Yes, Kevin did walked in the ring with his Pepsi t-shirt! FOR REAL! He fought a good fight and Coke wasn't in his game that night. His students said he was sick or something like that.
