martin grech is one of the most talented and unheard of vocalists ever. hes so underrated when he should be regarded highly for his vocals. i love the guy

He's ok. ok but even close to Buckley, nah! no one is! And I'll tell you why although he can hit some notes his phrasing is off and he's walking around like he's some fantastic artist while Jeff was a fantastic artist. I mean it's like saying Boris Valejo is as good as Frank Frazetta (fantasy artist) what I'm getting at is the word imposter.

such a shame it isn't the full performance, he has one truly unbelievable voice, there aren't many singers of this ilk who can match the awesome power of jeff buckley's voice.

Holy hell, I shot this video myself, it was from Durham University... back in 2005. The only place I ever posted this video was the OHZ forum, I assume you used to post there?

No I didn't actually, although it was on that tour that I saw him! This was up on google videos, and as there was so little Grech on youtube I stole it and put it up here!

WOW That was great. Was there more to this? if so id love to see. Im not familiar with this guy but this was a very entertaining dramatic performance tastefully done. *****

I recommend listening to the other videos of him on youtube! Especially 'Open Heart Zoo' for atmosphere and 'I Am Chromosome' for eccentric/heavy-ness. He's released 3 albums so far (with another coming soon under the pseudnym 'Meatsuit' for some reason!). 'Open Heart Zoo' made him very big in the UK underground, 'Unholy' was incredibly dark featuring his best Buckley-esque singing and mixed industrial metal/medieval folk & classical, and 'The Heritage' was a very raw folk album.
