This is mostly a video covering my weight-loss plan. There's a lot of information in here about how to count calories - how many you should eat, how many you should cut out, and how this all interplays with your metabolism and fat-burning power.

Eat breakfast! And drink a glass of water first thing in the morning :D

  • Im watching your video's from Day one and one. I love watching them, Your such an amazing inspiration!!! I know i've said that before, but you are!!! ;D

    I'm thinking about starting a online weight loss diary to, it might help me stay motivated, because that's my main problem. I start life changing food habbits, but seem to have trouble with staying that way...hopefully a online diary might help me with that :) Keep doing what your doing!

  • can I give you a little tip about your crams? do some streching, keeping active wil make the cramps go away ! hope i helped ;)

  • My wife has previously told me that eating the same calories, like 1400 on average, your body will get used to it and you're supposed to have a high day, like 1700-1800 one day a week to trick your body.
