Hey girls, why dont you both shut up and listen to the beautiful tones of tha Bassman.
-
Yup.
Jim Marshall got his start by copying Fender amps, but with a British twist (more crunch, darker tone, etc.)

Sounds absolutely amazing. Are the 6L6's the JAN-Philips 6L6WGB's or another JAN tube?

i just have to say this tone is so siple its stup. yet it is so complex and fun to listen to . i hope that makes sense. this tone is just great, its scary how simple it was. i have an ocd v4 and a twin reverb, im gonna try to copy this. i dont think it will be the same, its hard to breakup the twin. but on like 8 or 9 you start to get some. btw i think my ch #2 vibrato is broken on it lol

this is fantastic! you've just inspired me to buy a bassman!!

Eff master volumes... If I wanted a master volume I wouldn't have bought this amp...
I say if you want some overdrive, crank it, maybe put a boost or a nice transparent overdrive in front of it. It breaks up for me at a tolerable level, of course I do have the 45w version, but that shouldn't make much of a difference
very nice playing bro, great sounding rig!!!

Sweet amp. What guitar are you using? Sounds like a Les Paul.
