Ok, now I know what we're having for dinner one night very soon! LOL Although, I've never had much luck trying to roll them out like that, the dough is always either too sticky or the dumplings end up tough :-( So I have to do the *spoon drop* method but they still taste good! Thanks for sharing!

Oh, man! It does my heart good to see someone cook PROPER chicken n' dumplins!! Someone in my family got this recipe where you make the dumplings out of cut up tortillas, and thus died the awesome rolled out homemade dumplings in my house. I'm hongry now!
