You're doing great! I think you're supposed to drink a different type of protein shake ( with casein or blend of casein/whey). It digests slower than a traditional whey shake. I'm going to start incorporating that into my mealplan as well. It sounds like you've pretty much got all your bases covered! Keep that positive attitude!! :)

Not bad just used it for 1st month of my P90x lean cycle...but it worked! Then I switched to the p90x recovery drink..if you have anymore questtions...I am here for you

How did you like the supplements from vitamin world? You seem to have done really well of them! This is my first time trying anything other than regular vitamins lol. I like it so far. Thanks for checking in :)

its hard for me to get into the yoga also....I am going to give it a try next week....

Yoga is a crazy workout! I hate doing it...but I feel great after it's all done. It really stretches you out :-)
