I just finished my P90X Week 1. I feel great even though I am a little sore. I can handle that though. I will take today off to relax my body. I will continue to eat right and drink a lot of fluids.

  • You're doing great! I think you're supposed to drink a different type of protein shake ( with casein or blend of casein/whey). It digests slower than a traditional whey shake. I'm going to start incorporating that into my mealplan as well. It sounds like you've pretty much got all your bases covered! Keep that positive attitude!! :)

  • Not bad just used it for 1st month of my P90x lean cycle...but it worked! Then I switched to the p90x recovery drink..if you have anymore questtions...I am here for you

  • How did you like the supplements from vitamin world? You seem to have done really well of them! This is my first time trying anything other than regular vitamins lol. I like it so far. Thanks for checking in :)
