@moralaa Here in Brazil, wear a helmet for bike riding has been compulsory since 1998. Not using the equipment is punishable by fine of about $ 180, (280 Brazilian Reais.)

Lame. Cruise is a phoney. I raced cars when he dabbled in that, and he's a whiney child, that combs his hair constantly and needs mirrors everywhere.
