To watch the trailer:

The trailer has been released for the Prince of Persia starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton. Whether or not the casting is right for the movie remains to be seen. While Jake can probably do Prince, Persia not so much. In fact Ben Kingsley is probably the closest to thing to actual Persian. But nobody wants history lessons in their blockbusters so you bust that block Jerry Bruckheimer. At the very least somebody better jump off a building and catch a ledge.

well the game was an adaptation of a story so i think the movie is an adaptation of that same story and not the game
