The Bobcat Who Died Before my Eyes

This is video of a bobcat who died right in front of me in the woods in Pennsylvania...it's a long, weird tale, but my current theory is that she was bitten by a snake when she hid under the tree...we're waiting for testing results to see what her cause of death was...let's hope it wasn't rabies! Update: turns out the poor thing died of feline parvo according to the autopsy.

I saw a bobcat one time out deerhunting i was siting on the ground and it came to about 10 yards from me and never knew i was there it was awesome to see it and i never thoult to shoot it no reason to.

dont be sad the fact she came to where you live was a way of saying thank you... and if she was getting chased she probably figured you would save her again... thats a nice thing making a connection with an animal :) and its nice that someone actually can morn the death of an animal... they are just like us.. they feel pain and happiness... they breathe... they give birth and they can love.... people now are so cold and horrible... atleast there are some left who actually care for nature...

Thats a bobcat. If you pulled her out of the water, I'm guessing she had severe hypothermia. I am proud that you would save her. I found a raccoon in a trap once. I let it out because the guy who caught it abuses the coons before he kills them. I could have gotten my face ripped off too.
