what is the episode with Janeway getting assimilated by a couple of Borg drones and the one where Janeway slaps the crap out of Tuvok and tom shoots her with a phaser

The assimilation is from "Dark Frontiers Part I" from season 5 and the Tuvok beating is from "Cathexis" from season 1.
