Dude where is the blunt. You know you got 1, or had one. 1 do not use lumpy creme 2 Do not reheat your custard mixture as you will be doing that in the oven 3 don't invite us over if your house is dirty 4 do not eat creme brulee from this guy or even a ham samich unless you can verify that his house is clean. by the way do wash your hand before you start as this guy did not. but over all I like the video would have a beer with this guy. I always go by smell with dairy. Since heavy cream is thick, it can form lumps sometimes.
