I feel looks like GTA 4, with other character.
Original Max Payne it's more than a 3rd person Shooter, it's a mixture of angry, desception, payne and distortion.
The atmosphere it's weird, and take the worst of society, taste a bit and max payne makes part of those,
Drugs, screams, prostitution, conspirations and forget everything... that it's Max Payne for me

@2pacsrevenge I feel ya brother... This is not Max Payne anymore. This looks pretty much like a 3rd Person Modern Warfare to me. Bringing exotic flavour to a game famous for its noir atmosphere and poetic dialog, the feeling is just not the same. If I was the lead designer and head of the dev team, I would reboot the series or re-do it. Focus more on the characters and enviroment, improove the story, and make Max a bit more belivable.
