uhm on that guide to improve black ops whatever.. it says "set maxpackets" value to 100? what's that supposed to mean? value? I don't get it

@WheresMySpaceButton you need to open the file then do a ctrl+f search on "maxpackets" then change the number just after that to 100. i found the default to be 30 - you need to increase it.

@360Modify not that i know of - deffinetly not on pc and i doubt on console either. maybe they'll make changes to that in the future

@Dafaernir Unlikely, Black Ops is CPU heavy since it's poorly optimised. It doesn't make use of the GPU very well at all which is why people are having trouble with it. Your PC seems to be really low spec and if you're barely running MW2, i'd say save your money until you upgrade or buy another game :)

i ran MW2 on a Sempron 3000+ 2 gb ram and a nvidia 6600 at 30 fps 1024 x 768 all efects disabled and the texture at max.

My Question is ...can i run BO at the same settings ?
